Gods of Egypt is a fantasy action film directed by Alex Proyas. Set in ancient Egypt, the story follows mortal hero Bek (played by Brenton Thwaites) as he embarks on a quest to save the world and rescue his beloved, Zaya (Courtney Eaton), from the clutches of the merciless god Set (Gerard Butler).

  When Set usurps the throne from Horus (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau), the god of air and Bek’s ally, Bek teams up with Horus on a daring journey across Egypt. Their mission is to defeat Set, reclaim Horus’ rightful place as king, and restore balance to the universe.

The way, they face mythical creatures, treacherous gods, and epic battles that will determine the fate of humanity and the gods alike.
